Maniacal SKZOO series

This Series of paintings were inspired by the Kpop group Stray Kids and their song ‘Maniac‘. The idea for the paintings came from the members of the group having a corresponding animal representation and the screw loose/Frankenstein motif from the song’s (Maniac) music video and promotional material. By utilising the style I had grown from the ‘Illuminated Bunny’ series, through the other SKZOO series I was able to make a powerful, mystical and magical atmosphere with the paintings.
