Illuminated Bunny Series

The following Paintings are a series called ‘Illuminated Bunny’. The spark of this series came from the idea of the Rabbit in the moon descending to earth and the magic of nature. As the Bunny from the moon journeys to find a way back home they meet new friends who help and guide them.

The Beginning of the 'Illuminated Bunny' series. It was the beginning of an idea for a journey of this moon bunny character. Looking Up longingly at the moon after descending to the world wondering how to find a way back.
This Painting of the Lunar Bunny played around with the idea of water and reflection. The story continuing with the Bunny following the stars.
Continuing the story this painting is something of a flashback to the time when the Lunar Bunny descended to the world.
In this painting the Lunar Bunny finds a friend to play with to take it's mind off of the longing for the moon.
In this painting the Lunar Bunny meets a new friend, one that comforts the bunny whilst on it's journey.
In this Painting the Lunar Bunny's journey takes it to a cold area of the world. Whilst there the bunny meets a new friend who offers to spare the little bunnies paws from the cold by giving the bunny a ride.
On the Lunar Bunny's journey another new friend offers to light the way, creating a path for the bunny.
